All About Ammons: Barcelona

Buenos Dias from Barcelona!

Since our last post, we´ve continued to be tourists and explore the city. We made it down the beach twice, which was actually much nicer than we had been told. They are certainly not prestine beaches, and are very crowded, but they were quite happening, and we enjoyed the scene. Plus we both desperately needed some sun, evidenced by the pics from my last post- YIKES! We look even more out of place than we would normally, in the land of tan people.

Wednesday night, we decided it would be fun to check out the Barcelona night life, so we made our way out to a club. It was honestly not all that much different than going out in the US but we chalked it up to the fact that we chose a touristy area. We did have some fun with a new Heineken hat, though. Heineken was doing some promotional thing at the club, and as luck would have it, I won the amazing hat. I´d say that was the hightlight of the evening!

Yesterday, we went to the Sagrada Familia and it was very cool! It was a fantastic church that had some of the most interesting architecture either of us had ever seen. We also spent some time walking around the old city and eating as much paella as possible. We can´t seem to get enough of it!
