That's right- summer is here. Well maybe not officially, but it is very official for me! I finished my second year of grad school this week and I'm ready to celebrate!
Jon and I are heading out to our friend Ian's parents' vineyard this weekend to help them plant for the season. I'm looking forward to getting out of town and spending time with friends. The next couple weeks are busy with weddings, trips, more weddings, and more trips. I'm excited to blog about the festivities- now that I have lots of time to update the blog. I'm also considering taking the blog to a new, and more official, level. More on those details later, but you may be seeing some changes around here soon.
Also, it's worth noting (for those who are curious) that we are carefully monitoring the situation in Greece and Thailand, since we will be visiting both countries this summer. Things seem to be calming down in Thailand, just as things are heating up in Greece. Time will tell I guess, and we are prepared to make any necessary changes.
